Rob Lucks and Ian Whyte both formerly trained in Cardiff in the early 1980s, they then embarked on different paths gaining experience and accolades along the way. By their mid 20s they had established their own businesses and quickly achieved recognition in the Good Food Guide, AA Guide and can boast celebrity diners from TV cooks to politicians and royalty. The high standards that they achieve are indicative of their accumulated knowledge, combined with hard work, dedication and flexibility.
