Starters

Choose one starter, one main course and one dessert unless you prefer to pre-order, then choose two dishes for each course.

Salad of ripped buffalo mozzarella, fresh peach, bitter leaves, crispy pancetta strips and basil oil

Tiger prawns presented on carrot and cucumber ribbons with coriander, citrus fruit and chilli dressing with crispy seaweed

Monkfish and salmon terrine with tomato and basil coulis and rocket salad

Goat's cheese and tomato tartlet with mixed leaves and wild rocket dressing

Course game terrine with cookin'good tomato and chilli chutney and home made bread

Main Courses

These are all served with seasonal vegetables
